Holiday Pay Accrual Opt-out

As an employee of TJW Contract Solutions you have a statutory entitlement to 5.6 week's annual leave (pro-rated for part-time employees). Holiday pay can be accumulated in one of two ways:

1. We can reserve your pay which will accumulate on a weekly basis; this will be reflected on your payslip and will show in the Holiday Pay section. When you take annual leave, payment will be made to you out of the accrued amount;
or
2. Upon receipt of your authority to do so, holiday pay can be advanced to you on a week by week basis and then set off against holiday pay, as and when you take leave. Whilst you remain entitled to take your statutory leave entitlement, you will not receive further payment for weeks when you do not work.

If you wish to request that your holiday pay is advanced to you on a weekly basis, please complete and submit the authority right.
