Worker implication

There are no deductions other than normal employee tax and employee national insurance.  There is no invoice reconciliation required, and payslips are therefore very easy to follow.

The pay rate that the contractor is quoted is the pay rate they receive.

TJW then invoice the agency for all the employments costs plus the margin.

What is peo?

It is the sharing of control and supervision of an employee's activity among two or more businesses. Under PEO (Professional Employment Organisation) the contractor is paid the actual gross pay rate from the start which never changes.
